General Information

Presenters are requested to deliver their slides at the slide center at least 30 minutes before the beginning of their session. If your presentation includes special features (e.g., embedded videos), please preview the slides and inform the slide center at least 2 hours before your session starts.

• PowerPoint and PDF files are accepted. Slides should be in a 16:9 format.
• Using personal laptops is not recommended.
• Please arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts to meet your session chair and the other speakers.

Duration

Keynote lecture: 40 minutes + 10 minutes for Q&A
Oral presentation: 15 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A and changeover. Please plan accordingly and help session chairs to keep the session on time.

Slide center

The slide center is located at the entrance of the congress venue, near the secretariat desk.

The slide center will be open during the conference hours and also during the welcome reception on 14 October.
